The common kestrel is a small raptor that we can often see in the sky, being able to stay still at one point in the air moving only his wings vigorously. Its strategy is to follow the sight of the traces of their prey until it stops seeing them, it is at this point that it makes its characteristic static flight waiting for its future meal to leave its hiding place.
Attention! If you see one with white nails, you are probably seeing a Lesser kestrel (Falco naumanni), another very similar species.
